Aurica has obtained a bachelor and master degree in philology sciences at Moldova State University. In august 2012 she started her job at Institute for Standardization of Moldova. During the six years of activity at ISM she benefited of a series of trainings and seminars which contributed to strengthening her competences and skills in standardization field. In 2015 she participated at trainings related to quality management system and anti-bribery management system, as a result of this trainings in 2016 she obtained the certificate of lead auditor for quality management system issued by Romanian Association for Quality Assurance, recognized by IQNet, an elite international group that reunites the certification bodies from all over the world. In 2018 she participated at a training organized by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in Serbia where she obtained the certificate of auditor for anti-bribery management system. Her knowledge related to quality and anti-bribery management systems in medical, education and services sector represents a strong point and a tool which could be used in combating corruption in Moldova.

Professional experience:

During the period 2012 – 2018 Aurica has gained experience at ISM covering roles of training manager, senior specialist responsible for collaboration with academia, project manager, development manager. She was responsible for organization of trainings, seminars, conferences in standardization field and for collaboration with academia. In 2015 she developed a training guide for universities in standardization field and a series of brochures which are used in the teaching-learning process in the universities from the Republic of Moldova. Starting with august 2016 she was in charge with the management of European and International projects of which ISM benefited. In 2017 she was involved by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Professional Education in a series of assessments organized in professional educational institutions as assessor and lead assessor. As a result of assessments she obtained the “Crystal of Quality” Award, which is offered to the assessors who contributed to the promotion of quality culture in Moldovan education by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research and Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.
On 1st May 2018, Aurica has joined the Center for Innovation and Policies in Moldova, providing Standardization, quality, anti-bribery and education expertise on projects funded by European and international entities.
